How do I become a customer?

Is there a minimum order required?

No there is no minimum order amount required however delivery fees do apply to all orders.

What Shipping Method do you use?

All orders are shipped utilising the services of Aramex Couriers and Australia Post. You can also arrange to pick up your orders at our warehouse or nominate your own transport as long as you notify us at time of placing your order.

What are your trading times?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm WST

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes all customers that successfully complete our credit application form will be able to purchase on terms (see our terms and conditions for more information)

Do I have to have a credit account?

No as long as we have some basic information you can still become a customer and operate on a prepay account.
